Firstly, this subscription is part of the Microsoft Enterprise suite of products.  Secondly, this enterprise suite of products do not include any license count limitations. However, it is designed for organizations with 300+ users.  Thirdly, with O365 E3 (No Teams) product line comes with the maximum sustainability suite of products to include enterprise grade level security and performance.

TEAMS

Consequently, Microsoft Teams is no longer included with this subscription. Microsoft has listed Teams as a separate subscription add-on to this service.
