is an end-to-end, low-code conversational AI platform that allows organizations to create, customize, and manage their own AI assistants (called “agents”). It is part of the Microsoft Power Platform and builds on the capabilities of the former Power Virtual Agents.

• Governance and Security: The platform offers enterprise-grade security and compliance features, including access controls, data loss prevention (DLP) policies, and performance analytics, to manage and monitor agent use across the organization.
