Office 365 E1 (No Teams) offers the best of Microsoft applications available via the web. This means all Microsoft applications which includes Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, are available via any web browser for mobile applications on Android or iOS. The new move for Microsoft to not include Teams is because Teams is now its own separate license that can be purchased separately as an add-on subscription.

Not included with Office 365 E1 (No Teams)

Microsoft desktop applications are not included in this subscription.

O365 E1 (No Teams) comes with the ability to buy unlimited licenses. This means that if you have more users than the Business class version of this product, then Office 365 E1 (No Teams) is for you. The business version of this product is Microsoft 365 Business Basic (No Teams).  The business version of this product does come with a 300 users limitation.  If your organization has more than 300 users, then Office 365 E1 (No Teams) is your only other option for Microsoft enterprise grade services. Office 365 E1 (No Teams) subscription is $5.45 per month per user charged annually at $65.40 per license.
